Privacy Policy#
Processing activities of personal data in the company:
When you provide business cards and contact details (first name, last name, addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc.), you agree that we may process this data in connection with the inquiry until the completion of the order. We initially store business cards in our wallet and later in our circular filing system.
The disposal of business cards takes place at different intervals at the local waste collection center (ASZ).
We have convinced ourselves that the recycling containers are collected at regular intervals at the ASZ and are sent for recycling.
If you contact us by phone, we will make conversation notes, and since we use modern phones, the phone number and the time of the call will be recorded.
We have configured our phones so that this data is not uploaded to the manufacturer’s cloud, although this cannot be easily controlled.
These conversation notes are also stored chronologically in the circular filing system and ultimately disposed of at an ASZ.
All customer data in our customer database was deleted with the effective date of the introduction of the GDPR.
Documents and emails that are subject to legal retention periods are retained for as long as legally required.
Afterwards, the data is deleted or shredded and disposed of.
Since we do not use cookies on this site, there is also no annoying cookie advertising tracking banner.
