Certification#
The company is certified for specific activities related to work on refrigeration and air conditioning systems as well as heat pumps according to § 4 para. 1 Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Act 2009 in connection with the regulation of the Federal Minister for Sustainability and Tourism on qualification and certification measures related to refrigeration and air conditioning systems and heat pumps, BGBl. II No. 2/2011.
It has been confirmed that the requirements laid down in Regulation BGBl. II No. 2/2011 have been proven. It is therefore authorized - without prejudice to the fulfillment of the requirements for access to independent commercial activity according to the Trade Regulation 1994, BGBl. No. 194/1994, in the respectively applicable version, in connection with the relevant regulations for access to independent commercial activity - to carry out the following Category II activities:
- Leak checks on refrigeration and air conditioning systems and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases with fill quantities from 5 t CO2-equivalent or from 10 t CO2-equivalent for hermetically sealed systems, if the refrigeration circuit is not intervened with
- Recovery, installation, maintenance and servicing (including leak checks) for systems with a fill quantity of less than 3 kg or for hermetically sealed systems of less than 6 kg within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2015/2067
